It’s only been a couple of weeks since Caesar was last tickled over at Tickled Hard, but Franco’s in the mood for foot tickle torture and Caesar’s feet are crazy ticklish. He straps Caesar face down on the tickling table and tickles his size 9 1/2 feet through his athletic socks. Caesar screams and begs for mercy, but his howls go unanswered. After only a few minutes, Caesar whimpers with submission, but Franco continues the tickle torture. Using fingers, brushes and soap savers, Franco tickle tortures the fuck out of Caesar’s socked and bare feet. Caesar screeches and begs, squirms and flails, but this little piggy has no escape. He’ll only be set free when Franco is satisfied.
